Since Beyonce released 'I Am. Sasha Fierce' in 2008, devoted fans have been waiting for Queen B to make a fruitful follow-up. When she collaborated with Lady Gaga on the 'Telephone' remix and more recently Kanye West on 'See Me Now,' it became manifest the sometime Destiny Child's frontwoman was gearing up for a comeback.

Songwriters Sean Garrett and Ne-Yo are reaffirming that claim, while The-Dream's frequent collaborator Los Da Mystro leaked news that a new Beyonce single, produced by The-Dream, could fall within the following 3 weeks. "Listening to New B record Dream wrote . F-INg INSANE! WOw!" Los Da Mystro tweeted. "She About to Defeat the back again! Had to Hear again! Y'all C in 3 weeks!" Garrett, who has previously worked alongside Beyonce on songs like 'Upgrade U' and 'Diva,' teamed up with the songstress last week to run on her new project. "I believe we are doing a lot of up-tempo records for this one," he tells EW.com. "She's in such a safe place right now in spirit that she is concerned in making party music, definitely." Though a rep for Ms. Knowles was unavailable to substantiate whether or not she was indeed working on a fourth solo opus, Ne-Yo did. The crooner, who wrote B's 'Irreplaceable,' revealed he will be collaborating on B's next album. He likewise gave some insight on her mentality when it comes to creating songs in the studio. "The matter about running with Beyonce is that she definitely has her own agenda," he shares with MTV News. "She's an artist that knows just what she wants to do. She's going to pay you directions [like] 'Here's where I'm going, so here's where I want you to be." According to Ne-Yo, he was chosen to team up with the singer because she approved of his writing skills. "And, you know, I'm a soul that follows direction well," he says. "[And she'll be like], 'So this is the sound, this is the vibe; make it happen.' And I write and she likes it or she doesn't. And in this subject she did, and there you take it."
